1. How can I have your services, book a consultation or order a report?

You can book a session or order your analysis, for yourself or your loved ones directly through our Services section by choosing your preferred service. After booking/ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with further details. You can also e-mail us directly at mm@astro-solaris.com for any questions, inquiries or specifics.

2. What details do I need to provide for an accurate reading?

For personalized readings, we require your:

  • Date of Birth

  • Exact Time of Birth (as accurate as possible)

  • Place of Birth
    These details are necessary for us create your birth chart and ensure precision in the analysis. Your basic details such as name and last name, etc. are also needed.

3. What if I don’t know my exact time of birth?

If your birth time is unknown or approximate, we offer Birth Time Rectification as a separate service. Alternatively, we can provide an analysis based on your provided data.

4. How will I receive my reading or report?

Depending on the service selected, you will receive your reading:

  • Live via Zoom or Google Meet

  • As a recorded video/audio

  • As a written PDF report
    All files and links will be sent to your email within the pre-arranged delivery time.

5. How long does it take to receive my report?

Generated reports are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days, however, for the direct consultation—a different set of options is determined, based on the current circumstances.
For urgent requests, we offer priority delivery at an additional fee—please mention it while booking.

6. Are the readings confidential?

Absolutely. All your personal details and chart information are kept 100% confidential and are never shared or published, as the privacy is the foundation of true astrology service.

7. Can I ask follow-up questions after the reading?

Certainly, we always highlight this feature and request a feedback from the clients. Most services include 1–2 follow-up questions via email or chat within a specific time frame. Please check the service description for details.

8. Do you offer remedies or solutions for difficult planetary positions?

Certainly, as the remedies are essential for this process and the guidance we tend to provide as our service. Based on your chart, we may suggest practical Vedic remedies, such as mantras, meditation, gemstones, rituals, or lifestyle changes—always tailored to your belief system and comfort, or, the remedies could be adjusted to your culture, tradition and habitat, nationality and DNA.

9. Do you offer astrology for relationships, career, or health?

10. Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

Yes. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations after that window may incur a partial or full fee.

11. Do you offer gift readings or astrology sessions for others?

Yes! You can book a session as a gift for someone. Just enter their birth details and mark the booking as a gift—we’ll prepare everything for them.

12. Is astrology a guaranteed solution to my problems?

Astrology is a powerful guidance tool, merging science and spirituality in a beautiful, divine manner, yet, is not a guarantee, and everything rests up on God, the Universe, your Karma. However, it is very reassuring and comforting knowing that astrology changed numerous, most of the individual for the better with its all-permeating knowledge and guidance. It helps you understand your karmic patterns, strengths, and challenges so you can make conscious, empowered choices in life, that will inevitably lead you to evolution.
